The NCACC
Property Tax System (NCPTS)
is a fully integrated tax software system that automates, streamlines,
and integrates the tax administration functions for North Carolina
Counties. NCPTS consists of the following integrated modules:
Personal Property – Provides
data management and valuation of individual personal property and
business personal property.
Vehicle Tax – Provides vehicle
bill processing based upon DMV information
Billing – Provides billing
functionality for all property types, including registered vehicles.
Collections – Provides
cashiering and delinquent processing functionality for ad valorum
property taxes and other miscellaneous payments.
Land Records – Provides data
management for all land and other real property records.
Appraisal and
Assessment (CAMA)
– Provides individual real property valuation, mass appraisal, and
assessment administration functions.
